Organization Console
Manage Tenant: the organization overview, teams, members, and how visibility differs by organization role.
The organization console — labelled Manage Tenant — is where you administer your tenant as a whole. It lives at /home/organization and appears in the sidebar under an Admin heading once you are a member of the organization.
It is a set of tabs rather than a separate workspace, so you keep your normal navigation while you are in it.
The tabs
| Tab | URL | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | /home/organization | Any organization member |
| Teams | /home/organization/teams | Any organization member |
| Members | /home/organization/members | Any organization member |
| Integrations | /home/organization/integrations | Owner and admin only |
| Single Sign-On | /home/organization/sso | Owner only |
Viewers see the first three, read-only.
Overview
A summary of your tenant: how many teams and members you have, how many shared vendor credentials are configured, and the most recently added teams and members. Use it as a health check — a member count that has grown faster than you expected is worth investigating.
Teams
Every team in your organization with its member count.
Owners and admins can create a team here. A new team starts with no data source, so its Data Editor will not appear until one is connected.
Creating a team does not put you in it. To work inside a team you need a team membership, which comes from a team invitation. See Teams and Members.
Members
The organization roster. For each person you see their organization role.
Owners and admins can:
- Add a member to the organization
- Change someone's organization role between owner, admin, and viewer
- Remove someone from the organization
Admins cannot manage owners — that is reserved to owners.
Adding someone here lets you manage them centrally and lets them see the organization roster. It gives them no access to any team's caseload data. That still requires a team invitation.
Integrations
Shared vendor credentials that every team in your organization can inherit. Covered in detail in Integration Credentials.
Single Sign-On
Register your Microsoft Entra identity provider and the email domain it covers. Owner-only. Covered in detail in Single Sign-On.
If Manage Tenant is missing
The link only appears when you have an organization membership record. Being attached to the organization is not by itself enough — the membership row is what the console checks.
If you have just been created as the first owner of a new organization and Manage Tenant is not there, contact your Optimal Workforce representative; the membership needs to be granted before you can proceed.
