Platform Tour

A map of the application: what every area of the sidebar is for, and where to find it.

When you sign in you land on your account picker at /home, which lists the teams you belong to. Choose a team and you arrive at that team's workspace.

Throughout this documentation, <team> in a URL means your team's short name — for example /home/northern-care/monitoring.

The team sidebar

The team sidebar is grouped into four sections.

Operations

ItemURLWhat it is
Monitoring/home/<team>/monitoringThe main dashboard: data freshness, active alerts, metric trends, summary cards, and a map preview. This is the team's landing page.
Data Editor/home/<team>/monitoring/mapThe interactive FSA map and region data table. Assign areas to regions, overlay any metric, and edit metric values. Appears only once the team has a data source.
Balance/home/<team>/optimizeOptimization runs — configure and launch a run, and browse past runs.
Preview/home/<team>/optimize/previewA what-if sandbox for manual changes. Nothing here affects live data.

Reporting

ItemURLWhat it is
Reports/home/<team>/reportsGenerate and download branded PDF reports.

Intelligence

ItemURLWhat it is
Willow/home/<team>/assistantAn analytical assistant that answers questions about your caseload data. Read-only.

Willow is also available as a slide-over panel from anywhere in the team workspace, so you do not have to leave the page you are on.

Settings

ItemURLWhat it is
Settings/home/<team>/settingsTeam name, logo, short name, ownership transfer, and your own alert email preference.
Members/home/<team>/membersThe team roster and pending invitations.
Integrations/home/<team>/integrationsThe team's data source — connect, reconfigure, or upload.

Manage Tenant

If you are a member of your organization's administration group, an Admin section appears at the bottom of the sidebar with a Manage Tenant link pointing at /home/organization.

This is the organization-level console: teams, organization members, shared vendor credentials, and single sign-on. It is covered in Administration.

Tabs inside Manage Tenant vary by your organization role — the Integrations tab requires owner or admin, and the Single Sign-On tab is owner-only.

Your own account

ItemURLWhat it is
Account picker/homeThe teams you belong to.
Profile/home/settingsYour email, password, multi-factor authentication, and linked sign-in identities.

Your profile is also reachable from inside a team at /home/<team>/settings/profile, so you do not have to leave the workspace to change your password or enable MFA.

What you will not see

Some items are hidden rather than disabled:

  • Data Editor does not appear until the team has a data source connected.
  • Billing is hidden unless billing is turned on for your deployment.
  • Manage Tenant does not appear unless you belong to the organization.
  • Inside Manage Tenant, Integrations and Single Sign-On are hidden from organization viewers.

If a colleague can see something you cannot, the cause is almost always a role difference. See Teams and Members.
